Loyal Lion Payment Plan

How do I set up a Loyal Lion plan for my membership?

The Loyal Lion payment plan is spread across 10 months and at no extra cost to the Member. Payments are charged to your preferred credit card on the 30th of each month starting in November 2011. This is the easiest way to pay for your membership and it will automatically roll over your membership each year. So you don’t have to lift a finger.

What happens if I default on my membership payment?

It is your duty to ensure that the Lions Membership Team have up-to-date credit card details each month to process your membership payment. The Brisbane Lions will suspend your membership if on two consecutive occasions your financial institution does not honour the payment. You will be notified firstly by SMS and then by letter of any defaulted payments.

For full Loyal Lions Payment Plan Terms & Conditions, please click here.

To reinstate your membership, a $10.00 default payment is required along with any overdue payments.

How do I opt out of a Payment Plan?

If you wish to cancel your payment plan at any time and pay your membership in full, simply call the Lions Membership Team on 1800 216 885 or 07 3335 1777.

Choosing Your Membership

How do I know what membership is right for me?

If you are unsure on what Lions membership is right for you, simply use the “Package Selector” button on the Membership home page. This is a great tool that will step you through the Lions membership options and decide which is the best way for you to support the Lions in 2012! Of course, you are welcome to call our friendly staff anytime on 1800 216 885 if you have any questions.

Reserved Seating

How do I reserve a seat at the Gabba?

To secure a reserved seat for every home game at the Gabba in the 2012 season, simply use the “Package Selector” button on the Membership home page to decide what membership category is most suitable for you and in your application you may request specific seats. There are three categories of seating for Lions members at the Gabba – Premium, Prime and Standard – with availability in the top and bottom tier, in both licensed and unlicensed sections with seats being allocated in late January 2012.

I am a Victorian member. Can I get reserved seats in Melbourne?

All Victorian memberships include General Admission entry to the MCG and Etihad Stadium. However, an upgrade fee can be paid to sit in a Lions members reserved seat area at both stadiums.

Please contact the Ticketing agent for these stadiums.

MCG – Ticketek 13 28 49 www.ticketek.com.au
Etihad – Ticketmaster 1300 136 122 www.ticketmaster.com.au

What do I do if there is a specific seat I want for my membership?

If you have a specific seat you would like to reserve at the Gabba, when your purchase your membership online simply make a note of the request in the notes to organise a priority booking. All renewing members have the chance to keep their reserved seat from the previous season when they sign up before the cut-off date December 19th 2011. After this date, all non-renewed seats will be released and are available for allocation, based on a first-in first-served basis. New seat allocations begin in January 2012. So to ensure the seat you want, sign up early and get on the priority allocation list!

How do I transfer my membership seat to someone else?

If you no longer want your membership seat and would like to give it to a friend or family member, you will need to write a formal letter of transfer. The letter must contain the details of the seat being transferred and the full membership details of the two parties. Please be aware, that a transfer will not be accepted unless signed by the 2011 seat holder. Seat transfers will be guaranteed if provided before December 12th 2011.
